Jack is the creator of ProFound Basketball Academy. A native of Snohomish, Washington, he received his Master's degree in Sport Psychology from Florida State University and is currently completing his doctorate in Clinical Psychology. With this background, Jack possesses a deep understanding of the crucial role that the mind plays in athletic performance. Throughout his career, Jack has worked with youth and collegiate athletes from various sports, helping them improve their mental game. At ProFound, he leads program-wide meetings and teaches a range of psychological skills and sport psychology topics. He has also developed a unique curriculum for the academy's players, which includes homework and activities designed to enhance skills such as confidence, resilience, mental toughness, emotion regulation, and more. Jack's love for basketball and serving youth continues to inspire his vision.

With over three decades of experience in the world of basketball, Josh brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique ability to connect with others to his coaching and training. As a former student-athlete, he learned from the greats, playing for several hall-of-fame coaches at various levels of his career, beginning in high school where Josh led his team to an undefeated state championship and was recognized as the state player of the year. This achievement earned him a full-ride basketball scholarship to Gonzaga University, followed by Brigham Young University, where he received his Bachelor's in Sociology. After a successful playing career at the professional level, Josh is now a high school boys basketball coach and organizes youth basketball tournaments. Jaedyn played softball throughout her life. After finishing her career at Curtis High School she went on to play softball at Centralia college. After her time at Centralia college, she coached youth softball for 2 years before switching over to basketball. Jaedyn has always had a love for the game and continues to integrate mental toughness and positive mindsets into youth basketball.

Madi has played basketball all throughout her life ranging from kindergarten through college. After playing for Woodinville High school, Madi continued to play basketball for two years at San Diego Mesa College and then decided to finish her education back home at Western Washington University where she got her bachelors in Exceptionality and Disability. She now has a deep passion for coaching the youth and teaching these kids how to really love the game of basketball. Courtney Perry has played basketball all her life, most recently at Snohomish High School and Everett CC. She is passionate about the game and committed to helping players grow. We could not be more excited to have Courtney as a part of the ProFound family.

Coach Yanni is a talented basketball player, skills trainer, and coach. Dedicated to growing his knowledge on and off the court. Providing the best opportunity to teach others with experience. He played college basketball in Illinois before moving to Seattle to compete against some of Seattle’s biggest names in basketball. This is Coach Yanni’s first year coaching with Profound and we’re very excited to have him.

Ty Bloomfield brings passion, dedication, and commitment to player development. This is Coach Ty's first season with ProFound and he is eager to work with young players and continue to develop their mental and physical performance.

Coach Isaiah had a successful playing career at Everett High School. He's a player's coach and loves teaching the game. This is his first year with ProFound and we are excited to have him on board.
