Founder
Jack Wygant
Jack is the creator of ProFound Basketball Academy. A native of Snohomish, Washington, he received his Master’s degree in Sport Psychology from Florida State University and is currently completing his doctorate in Clinical Psychology. With this background, Jack possesses a deep understanding of the crucial role that the mind plays in athletic performance. Throughout his career, Jack has worked as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), supporting youth and collegiate athletes from various sports and helping them improve their mental game. At ProFound, he leads program-wide meetings and teaches a range of psychological skills and sport psychology topics. He has also developed a unique curriculum for the academy’s players, which includes homework and activities designed to enhance skills such as confidence, resilience, mental toughness, emotion regulation, and more. Jack’s love for basketball and serving youth continues to inspire his vision.

Joshua Reisman
Joshua is a dedicated leader in youth basketball, committed to shaping the next generation of athletes. His journey in the sport began as a standout player, where he led his high school team to an undefeated state championship and was named 3A State Player of the Year—achievements that earned him a full-ride scholarship to Gonzaga University, followed by BYU, where he pursued a degree in Sociology. After a successful professional playing career, Joshua shifted his focus to coaching, applying his expertise to developing talent at all levels. He is passionate about creating competitive environments that inspire young athletes to strive for excellence, grow, and reach their fullest potential. Joshua has coached for several local high school programs and has been with ProFound for three years. His dedication to the game and commitment to player development continue to drive his impact on the next generation.

Program Manager & Coach
Jaedyn Ramirez
Jaedyn played softball throughout her life, competing at Curtis High School before continuing her career at Centralia College. After her time at Centralia, she spent two years coaching youth softball before transitioning to basketball, where she quickly found a passion for the sport. She has always had a deep love for athletics and is dedicated to helping young athletes grow both on and off the court. As a coach, she emphasizes mental toughness and instilling a positive mindset in her players, ensuring they develop confidence and resilience through the game. In addition to coaching, Jaedyn serves as our program manager, overseeing operations and coordinating fundraisers to support the program’s growth. Her leadership, energy, and commitment to youth sports make her an invaluable part of the ProFound family.

Madi Ramirez
Madi has played basketball all throughout her life ranging from kindergarten through college. After playing for Woodinville High school, Madi continued to play basketball for two years at San Diego Mesa College and then decided to finish her education back home at Western Washington University where she got her bachelors in Exceptionality and Disability. She now has a deep passion for coaching the youth and teaching these kids how to really love the game of basketball. Courtney Perry
Courtney Perry has been immersed in basketball her entire life, playing competitively at Snohomish High School before continuing her career at Everett Community College. With a deep passion for the game, she is dedicated to helping young athletes develop their skills, confidence, and understanding of basketball. Courtney has been coaching with ProFound for four years, bringing her energy, knowledge, and commitment to player growth. She takes pride in fostering a positive and competitive environment where players can push themselves to reach their full potential. We are thrilled to have Courtney as a key member of the ProFound family, where she continues to make a lasting impact on the next generation of athletes.

Jim Gray
Basketball has been a defining part of Coach Jim’s life, from playing on school teams to competing in local leagues. Over the past 10 years, he has devoted himself to coaching youth basketball, helping players develop their skills while instilling values of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. Jim is passionate about using sports as a vehicle for personal growth, believing that the lessons learned on the court—such as resilience, leadership, and adaptability—can translate into success in everyday life. His experience and dedication have made him a respected mentor in the community, and he takes great pride in watching his athletes improve both as players and individuals. We are proud to have Coach Jim as part of the ProFound family, where his influence continues to shape the future of young athletes.

Kyle Dvorak
Coach Dvorak has been coaching since 2017 and brings passion, energy, and experience to ProFound. He currently coaches football and girls’ basketball at Franklin High School while also serving as business teacher.
During his college years, Coach Dvorak played club basketball and rugby, where he developed a competitive mindset and a strong understanding of teamwork and strategy. His coaching philosophy focuses on player development, discipline, and building a positive team culture—but most importantly, he puts the fun in fundamentals!

Kailyn Allison
Coach Kailyn is thrilled to join Profound this season! She previously served as the JV head coach and varsity assistant at Stanwood High School. As a collegiate player, she spent three years at Skagit Valley College before finishing her career at Multnomah University, where she was recognized as a standout defender at both programs. Her diverse playing and coaching experience gives her a unique perspective on the game, and she is passionate about helping players sharpen their skills, build confidence, and develop a deeper understanding of basketball!

Keith Browne
Coach Keith has over eight years of coaching experience, including five years as an assistant coach at Arlington High School. A former collegiate athlete, he played at Tacoma Community College and Eastern Washington University. Outside of basketball, he is a business owner, entrepreneur, and proud father of two adult daughters. This is his first season coaching with Profound, and he is excited to bring his experience and passion for the game to the program.

Midori Mcelwee
Coach Midori has been playing basketball since she was in Kindergarten all through college. After playing basketball in high school Midori went to Los Angeles to play for Occidental College for four years. Throughout college she spent years training elementary aged kids in skill work and developed a passion for working with children. Coach Midori is so excited to continue sharing her love for the game of basketball with kids and to develop lasting relationships with Profound families!

Kate Kriewald
Coach Kate is a seasoned coach and volunteer, having coached for organizations such as the YMCA, Boys and Girls Club, Snohomish Youth Soccer, Snohomish Junior Athletic Association, I-9 Sports and Snohomish Basketball Association. She volunteers her time to instruct tennis in the spring and summer and also serves as a board member for Snohomish Junior Athletics. She's coached ages ranging from preschoolers to middle school. Kate is currently a veteran elementary school teacher for Snohomish School District. She views both her teaching and working as both an occupation and a calling.

Eden Moore
Coach Eden has been passionate about basketball from an early age, playing from second grade through college. After graduating from Monroe High School, she continued her basketball career at Everett Community College for two years. Now pursuing a career in Physical Therapy, Eden is stepping into her first year of coaching. For her, basketball has always been more than just a game—it has been a platform for personal and athletic growth. [Coach Eden is excited for the opportunity to share her knowledge, help players develop their skills, and inspire the next generation of athletes.

Krystofer Ness
Coach Krys brings three years of coaching experience and a deep passion for player development. In addition to coaching, he also provides individual training to help athletes refine their skills. Coach Krys finds the most fulfillment in watching players grow and improve throughout the season, both on and off the court. His goal is to foster confidence, skill development, and a love for the game in every athlete he works with. He coaches our 9th grade boys team!
