Every coach at ProFound Basketball Academy completes the Mastery Approach to Coaching (MAC). This is the only evidence-based coaches training program shown to produce beneficial effects on players' progression. Through this training, our coaches learn how to create a positive environment that encourages the players to adopt a growth mindset. By fostering this mindset, our players tend to be more confident, choose more difficult tasks, and persevere more in adversity.
